With the web becoming of increasing importance to our customers both trade and retail we have tried to design a portal that gives you all the information you need in a format that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.

Over the coming months we plan to add to this facility in order to create one of the most comprehensive online trials resource. This will run alongside our existing telephone service, as we fully appreciate that some things still need to be done by this more traditional means.

With the site having been designed for your convenience we obviously welcome your feedback on any additions or amendments that could be made to further improve this service.
